· Train the Trainers:  Sexual Harassment Prevention

This seminar is designed to train your own supervisory personnel to become trainers in the area of sexual harassment prevention. This course provides step-by-step instruction on how to train to prevent harassment in the workplace.

This complete interactive course uses discussion, exercises, role-play and questions to teach your supervisory personnel how to successfully deliver training to your personnel.

On the second day of the seminar, your future trainers will have a chance to practice their skills in front of the facilitator and the rest of the audience and to receive feedback.

This seminar will teach your managers:

· Federal and state laws prohibiting sexual harassment and practical examples of sexual harassment in the workplace (including all of the information found in our Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace – A Workshop for Anyone with Actual or Constructive Supervisory Authority Over Another Employee seminar)

· How to communicate sexual harassment policies effectively to your organization

· Presentation skills
