This seminar is designed to give one on one in-depth training to an individual who has been found subsequent to a workplace investigation to have engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior in the workplace. This training provides the employee a safe environment within which to talk about and learn how to set appropriate sexual boundaries in the workplace. The employee learns the nuts and bolts of federal and state sexual harassment laws but, most importantly, learns valuable behavior management techniques with the hope that the employee may be safely returned to the workplace. The Ison Law Group remains a resource for the employee after training to answer any questions that may arise.
