Elizabeth R. Ison, J.D. M.S. provides expert witness testimony and advice (litigation support) regarding all aspects of human resource compliance issues. Ms. Ison and her attorneys are available to analyze, write an expert report and testify to the adequacy of the employers’:
1) Employee handbook;
2) Training programs;
3) Investigation policies and handling; and
4) Any other Human Resource-related issue.
Ms. Ison, in addition to her law degree, has a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and was an Adjunct Professor of Employment Law and Human Resources in the MBA program at Golden Gate University. She is also a licensed Private Investigator.
