California and federal law require employers to conduct swift, neutral workplace investigations when faced with complaints of harassment, discrimination or retaliation.  Elizabeth R. Ison conducts fair and unbiased investigations into claims of employee misconduct including, but not limited to the following:

  • Retaliation
  • Sexual or other harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Policy or Code of Conduct Investigations
  • Workplace Violence

She also provides investigation support to attorneys needing work product protected reports.

Elizabeth R. Ison has testified in judicial and administrative proceedings with respect to the investigations she has conducted over the last 20 years utilizing this investigative process.
