Elizabeth R. Ison specializes exclusively in the area of employment law.

Her mission is to create healthy workplaces.  She works with her clients (public and private) from the ground up by setting up their human resource function and by providing training and preventative advice and counseling to prevent claims and litigation.  Should litigation arise, she attempts to resolve the matter through alternative dispute resolution.  However, she will aggressively litigate if the need arises.  Elizabeth R. Ison works with her clients to create a healthy workplace culture, as well as making sure they remain legally compliant.
