Our mission is to create healthy workplaces.  We work with our clients (public and private) from the ground up by setting up their human resource function and by providing training and preventative advice and counseling to prevent claims and litigation.  Should litigation arise, we attempt to resolve the matter through alternative dispute resolution.  However, we will aggressively litigate if the need arises.
